Patrick: My problem was that the top of the car kept opening and turning it.  I solved the problem by taping the top down.

Term 2 Maths Other Strand - Measurement (Length)

I am learning to:
Compare length using descriptive language.
Measure using informal units.
Use non-standard units to measure.
Express measurements by counting non-standard units.

This is me estimating how many 1cm cubes my hand span, longest finger and shortest finger are.
I then measured using the 1cm cubes to check how accurate I was.

I made a 18cm ruler using grided paper and cardboard.
I then used this ruler to measure many different things around the room.


Term 2 PE

send objects accurately.

To be successful I can:
throw the beanbag to the target.
eyes watching where the beanbag needs to go.
feet apart for balance.
